Key Responsibilities

Advertising Content

Design and write advertising content for online channels (Google Ads, Apple search, Unity, Mintegral, FB, Tiktok)

Create ad templates, articles, and messaging that captivates users and encourages action (CTA)

Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and adjust content to optimize results

ASO (App Store Optimization)

Optimize the app's title, description, keywords, and visuals on app stores (App Store, Google Play) to improve search rankings

Research and analyze relevant keywords to enhance visibility and user acquisition

Monitor and report on ASO performance, suggesting improvements to enhance outcomes

Research and Analysis

Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to update content and strategies accordingly

Analyze competitors and successful campaigns to draw insights and apply them to your content

Perform A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of content and advertising strategies

Collaboration

Work closely with other departments (marketing, design, product development) to ensure content aligns with overall strategy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related area)

1-3 years of experience in content advertising and ASO

Excellent writing skills, creativity, and the ability to communicate messages effectively

Strong knowledge of SEO, ASO, and online advertising tools

Research Mindset: Ability to efficiently gather and analyze information and data

Testing Mindset: Willingness to experiment with new strategies and optimize based on real results

Data-Driven Orientation: Proficiency in using performance analysis tools (Google Analytics, App Store Analytics, etc.) to make data-driven decisions

Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently, seek solutions, and propose initiatives

Salary range: upto 30.000.000 VNĐ/month (Fixed salary: 10.000.000 -  14.000.000 VNĐ/month)
