Job Description
Recruit, train, manage and supervise the Telesales Team
Search and develop new sales methods to serve the Company's goals
Optimize scripts and Telesales rates
Learn and research the children's education market and competitors and provide advanced training for personnel periodically monthly, quarterly, etc
