Job Description

Be the first point contact to receive Malaysian's customers' inquiries

Support and take care of customers on social platforms and over phone

Be able to work in the office or remotely

Support translation when needed

Job Requirements

Male/female from 22 years old

Be fluent in Malaysian

Be patient and have customer-oriented service mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn
