Job Description
Call to sell products based on available customer list (customers from advertisement)
Ensure conversion rate and revenue according to the proposed work plan
Support customers until successful payment
Participating in advanced training and other development projects
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager
Job Requirements
Required language: Bahasa Malaysia (Especially Speaking)
At least 6 months Telesales experience
Having achieved Top Sales is an advantage
Willing to learn and work under pressure, don't be afraid of being rejected
Have a high sense of responsibility, take ownership of work (positive, proactive, drastic)
Passionate about business and not afraid to try to achieve high revenue goals
Time of work:
Flexible working time according to your schedule - At least 4 shifts total per week
Working time available (Malaysia time): From Monday to Sunday
Morning shift: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
